Once we receive the support request, depending on the urgency level of the issue received our Support engineer will contact you via your preferred contact method. Contact will be within 30 minutes for Level 1 (very urgent support requests) and 2 hours for normal requests.

Once the issue has been identified, we will send you a secure link for you to make the payment. Charges are $7 for normal requests and $12 for very urgent issues.

Once the payment is done, our engineer will proceed with troubleshooting and fixing the issue. Our policy is 100% issue resolution, meaning we will not close the request until the issue is solved.
